Higley Leatherworks Return Policy


Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized goods (including products with monograms or specific customizations beyond standard leather and thread colors).
  • Special Order items.
  • Bequest items.
  • Clearance items (only regular priced items may be refunded).

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To complete your return or initiate an exchange, please email us at support@higleyleatherworks.com. We will provide you with specific instructions to return your purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time involved.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@higleyleatherworks.com.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning or replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
Higley Leatherworks is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds can only be processed once the item is physically received and inspected.
